1. Return Eligibility:

• Returns must be requested within 7 days from the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

• Non-returnable items: Sale items, accessories, and damaged items due to customer handling.

2. Return Charges:

• A ₹100 charge applies per return request. This amount will be deducted from the refund or exchange value.

3. Exchange Policy:

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

• Size Issues: Request an exchange for a different size of the same product.

• Color Change: Exchange for a different color of the same product.

• Product Defective: Exchange for the same product if found defective.

• Wrong Product: Exchange if an incorrect product was delivered.

• Note: Exchanges are subject to availability.

4. How to Process a Return or Exchange:

• Visit our website and go to the “Dashboard” or the “Return & Exchange” tab in the main menu or footer section.

• Fill out the return request form with the required details.

• After submission, you will receive a confirmation email with the next steps.

6. Refund Policy:

• Refunds will be processed only if the exchange is not possible.

7. Non-Refundable Situations:

• Items returned without original tags or packaging.

• Requests made after 7 days of delivery.

• Sale items or products marked as non-returnable.
